What if you're a beginner but don't know where to start?  What if you have been practicing advanced asana for years but still feel disconnected from the breath, the body?  What if you've always stayed away from yoga but now feel called to it?  

We talk through what doesn't work for you --  in life, in your body, in yoga -- and then start from scratch by exploring your bones, letting the flesh reorganize comfortably around them.  We build the pose from the bottom up, forming a structure through which breath, energy, life flows, uninhibited. We find the pose that not only feels good but also heals.  We laugh along the way to make the whole thing more comfortable, more fun.
